2018 BMW M5 Coming Soon with 600 Horsepower

The E63 Fighter Makes a Comeback

2018 BMW M5

BMW’s new M5 high-performance sedan will be arriving for the 2018 model year, and it will be the first M5 sans a manual transmission. It is also the first M5 with all-wheel drive, though you can disconnect the front axle for rear-wheel-drive fun. The twin-turbo 4.4-liter V-8 gets 24.0 psi of boost, putting out a total of 600 horsepower and 553 pound-feet of torque. A paddle-shifted eight-speed automatic is the only transmission. An M5 First Edition is available to 50 buyers here in the States (400 will be available worldwide), with matte dark-red metallic paint and white leather inside.
