Horizon Power Catamarans continues to lead the power catamaran sector with new and evolving luxury multihull yacht models designed for serious boaters. The company will unveil the latest evolution of the popular PC60 model during the 2022 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, October 26th – 30th, at the Horizon Power Catamaran display, located on the Face Dock, Slip 608.
Bookended by the sporty PC52 and the brand new PC68, the PC60 has been a popular model within the Horizon Power Catamaran line. Offered in Open Salon or On-Deck Master configurations, the PC60 is a three or four-stateroom #yacht, with multiple layout variations available to suit client preference.
The PC60 on display features an On-Deck Master layout, and is the first model to showcase an evolved and expanded flybridge design, which features an enclosed, air-conditioned interior space forward complete with helm station, a full bar, multiple seating areas including dining and a day head. The expanded boat deck aft provides further area for al fresco lounging and entertainment as well as the capacity to carry a 17ft tender with a 100hp engine. On the main deck, the expansive aft deck can be outfitted for dining and relaxation as desired.
The PC60’s On-Deck Master layout positions the full beam master stateroom forward of the open salon and galley area, with the master ensuite and twin ensuite cabin comprising the port hull and a VIP ensuite and option for additional twin cabin or utility room/office in the starboard hull.
The PC60’s Open Salon layout features a large salon and galley area with an island bar and wraparound lounging forward beneath the semi-panoramic windows. Three staterooms comprised of a VIP and convertible twin ensuites are found in the port hull, while the master ensuite comprises the entire starboard hull.
The new PC60 is equipped with the latest in JL and Fusion entertainment and Garmin navigation systems, high-end Miele appliances and name brand accessories such as Scotsman ice makers and Corian stone options. Twin MAN i6 800hp engines are standard – with the option to upgrade to 850hp – and maneuverability is aided by Side-Power bow and stern thrusters.
