Dependable Street Performance

Edelbrock first launched their Performer Series Carburetors over 25 years ago. Back then, the carburetors were a natural addition to the Edelbrock “Total Power Package”. The Total Power Package concept is to develop complementary products such as intakes and camshafts that are tested on both the dyno and real life to work great together. The goal is to take the guesswork out of adding performance to a motor.

Bigger is Not Better

Edelbrock carburetors are designed to be “felt” through increased acceleration (torque) and throttle response. While we might like to brag about some huge high-CFM carburetor we just bolted on, for most street applications, a lower CFM carburetor will just simply feel and run better.

According to the Summit Racing website, Edlebrock’s 600cfm electric choke 4-barrel carburetor has been reviewed 246 times with an overall rating of 4.8 (out of a 5.0 max ranking).

Choices with Easy Tuning

Installation and Tech Videos

Once your brand new carburetor is installed, Edelbrock Carburetors are easy to tune and usually don’t need to be removed from the engine. While the included Owner’s Manual is a great reference, we found the multiple videos to be especially helpful. There are nearly 20 different videos on the video page. Looks Matter

Okay, we have to admit, Edlebrock Carburetors do make your engine look better (too bad we have to run an air cleaner). Remember, it’s Show and Go for just about any custom or resto vehicle.
