Heidts Featured Build: Green Machine
’68 Chevy Camaro
Don’t panic, Heidts featured build, called the Green Machine, is not electric or wind powered; it is Mark Pecikonis’ fossil-fuel-burning 1968 Chevy Camaro.
Joe Montano, Mark Pecikonis and Mark’s sons, Matt and Nick, logged many hours building the Green Machine, and the Camaro was even featured on the cover of Super Chevy magazine.
It features a Heidts Pro-G bolt-on front subframe, with 2-inch drop spindles, tubular A-arms, adjustable coil overs, and a 1-inch sway bar along with a Heidts bolt-in 4-link out back. And of course, an awesome paint job.
