The vehicle TPMS (tire-pressure monitoring system) procedure was completed correctly but the light still won’t go out. What’s wrong? Have you checked the spare tire?
Tire Review’s David Sickels at the Continental Tire Garage Studio at Babcox Media explains that if a full-size spare tire is equipped with a TPMS sensor, the TPMS light on the dashboard can either stay on solid or will blink.
A TPMS light on the dash can also indicate that there’s something wrong with the TPMS system or it could be a dead sensor battery or even a broken sensor.
